After breakfast, enjoy a guided city tour of Fes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities and a cultural and spiritual hub. Start with the Royal Palace gate, then drive through the Jewish quarter, known as “the Mellah.” Continue to an ancient fortress for a panoramic view of the Medina and the city.

Next, step inside the well-preserved medieval Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit Bab Boujloud (the Blue Gate), Medrasa Bouanania, the Nejjarine Fountain, the famous Tanneries, and the historic Al Quaraouiyine Mosque and University—the oldest in the world. In the afternoon, return to your Riad for free time.

After breakfast, drive south through Imouzzer to Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco” for its alpine-style houses and cool climate. Continue to the Cedar Forest, home to the Barbary macaques, before stopping in Midelt for lunch.

Travel through the Tizi-n-Tilghmt Pass and along the Ziz Valley with scenic stops before reaching Merzouga. In the afternoon, embark on a camel trek across the dunes, pausing to admire a stunning desert sunset. Continue to your luxury desert camp, where you’ll enjoy Berber music, dancing around the campfire, dinner, and an overnight stay under the starry Sahara sky.

After breakfast, visit Rissani, once the capital of Tafilalet and still home to a lively traditional market. Continue to Erfoud to explore a fossil workshop, then drive through the palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad.

Arrive at the spectacular Todra Gorges, where towering red cliffs create a dramatic canyon. Enjoy free time for lunch and a walk before continuing through Boumalne Dades to the Dades Valley. Stop at viewpoints, including the famous “Monkey Fingers” rock formations. Dinner and overnight in a Riad.

After breakfast, travel to Kalaat M’gouna to explore the Rose Valley, famous for its May Rose Festival and local cosmetic products. Continue through the palm groves of Skoura to Ouarzazate, known as the “gateway to the desert.” Visit the film studios where many international movies were shot.

Proceed to the UNESCO-listed Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a stunning fortified village featured in films such as Gladiator and series like Game of Thrones. Cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, with scenic stops along the way. Arrive in Marrakech for an overnight stay in a Riad.

After breakfast, explore Marrakech with a local guide. Visit the 19th-century Bahia Palace, the Ben Youssef Madrasa, and the lively Medina with its bustling souks. Admire the Koutoubia Mosque from outside and experience the energy of Jamaa El Fna Square.

In the afternoon, visit the famous Majorelle Garden (advance booking required) and drive through Gueliz, the modern district, before returning to your Riad.

After breakfast, travel west toward Essaouira. Along the way, stop at argan tree cooperatives and, with luck, spot goats climbing the trees. Arrive in Essaouira, formerly Mogador, a historic coastal town. Explore its fishing port, ancient ramparts, cannons, and charming blue-and-white Medina. Overnight in Essaouira.

After breakfast, drive along the highway to Casablanca, Morocco’s economic hub. Visit the Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, Casablanca Corniche, Mohammed V Square, and the iconic Rick’s Café. Overnight stay in Casablanca.

After breakfast, head to Rabat, the capital of Morocco, to visit its highlights: Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Kasbah of Oudayas. After lunch, continue north via Ouazzane to reach Chefchaouen, the famous “Blue City” nestled in the Rif Mountains. Overnight in a hotel.

Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy free time to stroll through Chefchaouen’s blue-painted streets before transferring to Tangier. The tour ends with drop-off at Tangier Airport or your chosen location. The tour can also end in Fes if preferred.
